Anchor Your Abundance: Manifesting 2026 From the Inside Out

Updated: Jan 1

Anyone who has talked to me for more than five minutes knows that I am a huge believer in the Law of Attraction. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is to align our energy with our desires. However, I’ve also learned that the identification of these situations, people, places, and things can sometimes be the hardest part!

Clarifying what we actually want requires us to quiet the external noise and listen to the internal nudge. To help you bridge that gap between "vague idea" and "clear vision," I’ve put together a digital version of the exact Manifest Your Year 2026 Worksheet we used in the workshop.

If you missed my workshop at Mimi Rieger's Studio, here is how you can use this framework at home to map out your 2026.

Step 1: Discover Your Power Word (The Anchor)

Your Power Word is the single, overarching energetic theme for your board and your year. Think of it as your compass; when things feel uncertain or overwhelming, this word guides you back to your center.

Reflect on these prompts to find yours:

  • What energy or feeling do you want to embody this year?

  • What word describes your best self in 2026?

  • How does this word make you feel when you say it out loud?

Are you feeling Expansive? Transformed? Peaceful? Radiant? Fearless? Rooted? Aligned? Flourishing? Once you find it, write it down. This will be the physical center of your vision board.

Step 2: Identify Your Focus Categories

We often try to change everything at once and end up changing nothing. To manifest effectively, choose 4–5 areas that feel the most alive and exciting to you right now.

Ask yourself:

  • What do I want to feel more of this year?

  • What experiences do I want to attract?

  • What habits or beliefs am I ready to release?

  • What would make 2026 feel extraordinary?

Consider these focus areas:

  • Health & Wellness: Vitality, nutrition, and mental health.

  • Career & Livelihood: Professional goals and meaningful work.

  • Wealth & Abundance: Financial ease and earning goals.

  • Relationships: Community, family, and authentic communication.

  • Personal Growth: New skills, spiritual practice, and healing.

  • Home & Environment: Creating a sanctuary or decluttering.

  • Adventure & Travel: Spontaneous fun and nature experiences.

  • Joy & Creativity: Hobbies, play, and passion projects.

Step 3: Turning a Wish into an Actionable Intention

Once you’ve circled your categories, pick one major desire within a category and move it through this "What, Why, How" process. This is where the Law of Attraction meets real-world alignment.

  • WHAT am I manifesting? Be specific! What does this goal look like in three years? (e.g., "I am living in a sun-drenched home near the water.")

  • WHY do I want this? Identify the underlying feeling. Is it relief? Security? Freedom? This "Why" is the fuel for your manifestation.

  • HOW will I take the FIRST step? What is one small, immediate action you can take this week to move toward it? (e.g., "Researching neighborhoods" or "Opening a high-yield savings account.")

Step 4: Create the Visual Frequency

Now, find the images and words that hold the same frequency as the fulfilled life you just described.

  • Don't focus on the "how": Focus purely on the end result and how you will FEEL once that person/place/thing is in your life.

  • It’s a work in progress: You can change your board at any time. You can cover things up, start over, or add layers. It is a living reflection of your evolution.

  • Remember... YOU CAN'T DO IT WRONG!

Allow yourself to be guided in small steps toward your dreams. Follow the nudges and the intuitions in your gut. Your energy is clear, your intentions are set, and you are ready to create!
